Terms & Conditions
Samsara Inc. (“Samsara”) is hosting a promotional Holiday Heroes Campaign ("Campaign") offering a $500 Amazon gift card1 (the “Gift Card”) to 3 eligible winners who meet the Eligibility Rules outlined below.
How to Enter:
1. Samsara will collect nominations submitted through this page: URL: samsaraholidayhero.splashthat.com between 8:00 am PST on December 13, 2024 and 11:59 pm PST on January 3, 2025 (the "Nomination Period").
2. Nominations should include First Name, Last Name, Company, Title, and a short write-up of the impact this individual has demonstrated in making the Holidays special.2
Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from the eligible nominees after the end of the Nomination Period.The potential winners will be announced by Samsara on January 7, 2025 in a Social post. A potential winner must claim the Gift Card within three weeks of the date of such announcement. If a potential winner does not claim the prize within three weeks of the date of the announcement, they will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible nominees. Each potential winner may need to take additional steps to confirm their eligibility.
No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to participate in the Campaign. A purchase will not improve the chances of receiving a Gift Card.
Gift Card is subject to availability, and limited to a maximum of one (1) Gift Card per Entrant. Samsara reserves the right to provide a substitute for the Gift Card.
Samsara reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, and may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole judgment.
Eligibility Rules
• To be eligible to claim the Gift Card, a potential winner (“Entrant”) must:
1. Be employed for the company and role for which he/she is being nominated as a ‘Hero’; and
2. Be an authorized account holder of a public social media account on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook3 that is capable of being commented on and engaged with by Samsara corporate social media accounts.
3. Have the permission of their employer to participate in the Campaign, and/or not be prohibited from doing so by their employer’s policies or any other applicable ethics rules, policies, and regulations.
• Entrants who represent a government-affiliated entity in the United States (e.g. K-12 schools; public libraries; federal, state, or local government agencies/organizations) are eligible to receive a Gift Card only if permitted under their employer's policies as well as applicable government gift and ethics rules, policies, and regulations. Otherwise, they will receive public recognition only.
• Individuals who represent a foreign (non-US) government entity, as defined under relevant anti-corruption statutes, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
• Entrants located in Canada must answer a skill-testing question in order to receive a Gift Card.
